FAQ'S

Q: How do I know if I have a claim?
A: if someone has hit you in their vehicle and it was completely out of your control or you believe it to be their fault then you have a potential claim.

Q: Do I have to use my own insurance company?
A: No, absolutely not! Although they have sold you an insurance policy it doesn’t mean that you have to use them if you have an accident. It is your entitlement to use whom ever you choose to carry out the repairs on your vehicle. Do not be bullied by your insurer, it is your choice not theirs.

Q: How do I know if I have whiplash?
A: Although there is no recognised medical term as suffering from whiplash, it is possible that you are feeling the effects from “whiplash type injuries” these can include: Pain and tenderness in neck shoulders or back, dizziness and nausea, pins and needles sensations running through limbs to fingers or toes, ringing in the ears and restricted movement in the joints.

Q: How much will it cost me to make a personal injury claim?

A: Nothing. We offer free legal advice and our panel of solicitors do the rest. They ensure that if your claim is acceptable that you will have nothing to pay. All costs are claimed back from the other party insurers.

Q: How long does a claim take to complete?
A: This all depends on a number of things ranging from responses from the other party insurers to how quickly you respond to any information needed. As with all claims there is a process to follow and guidelines to adhere to. The whole process is very much quicker than it used to be and our solicitors and claims handlers will do everything in their power to resolve the case as quickly as is physically possible.

Q: Will I need a medical?
A: In most cases yes, this is part of the procedure to ensure the correct diagnosis is given by a specialist. This helps the solicitors fighting your case valuate your personal injury claim.

Q: I am unsure whether it is my fault or not, what happens if we are both to blame?
A: We will look at the information you give to us first and then make a preliminary decision on whether there may be a chance of being successful with it, we will consult with our solicitors first for free to ensure that they will accept the case.

Q: What happens if the accident is my fault?
A: Believe it or not, even if it is your fault we can still help you if you have passengers in your car, this is quite a common occurrence. We can still make a personal injury claim on their behalf.
